Filipinos are yet again showing off the uniqueness of Filipino cuisine internationally!

We'd like to share an article that was written by Emma Eversham of Big Hospitality UK which tells of the opening of a Cafe Romulo branch by Rowena Romulo in London. The franchise has been around ever since 2009 and has opened 3 branches here in the Philippines with a new local branch coming soon. The restaurant mainly serves family comfort food and was opened with the idea of planting Filipino cuisine into mainstream international cooking and with plans of opening more branches throughout UK. It's a big window for Filipino cuisine to shine through internationally.
