JunJun Lamon's "LASA: A new Filipino sensation hitting America"

Talk about advertising Filipino cuisine creativity in other countries!

A clever little article written by Danny Jensen of LAist featured an interview with Alvin Cailan of Unit 120. Unit 120 is a venue in China Town, Los Angeles where aspiring and professional chefs go to attain investment opportunities. This give them the opportunity to display their culinary talent to their world. This includes the likes of Chad and Chase Valencia, the owners of the restaurant known as "LASA". LASA is a Filipino Restaurant in Unit 120 that enhances traditional Filipino cuisine with foreign influences to make a melting pot of cultures and makes it inviting to people across the world. 

Truly, Filipino Cuisine is making some powerful strides internationally!
